Raised in Lincoln, NE. I graduated from Lincoln Southeast High School before attending University of Nebraska-Lincoln. While at UNL, I majored in psychology and minored in Humanities in Medicine. Graduated from UNL in 2018 with a BA in Psychology. While attending UNL, I worked as a phlebotomist at local hospital in order to gain valuable patient experience. I continued to work as a phlebotomist up until May 2020 when I moved to Des Moines to attend DMU’s PA program.
During my clinical year, I rotated at Lifecare and enjoyed the clinic, staff and patients therefore was excited when there was a job opportunity available. I strive to build relationships with my patients and find ways to work together in order to meet their healthcare needs. It is a goal of mine to one day work in academia and support the next generation of PAs.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. This includes going on picnics, watching movies or hanging out at the local coffee shop.
