Jennifer is a passionate Nurse Practitioner in family practice, dedicated to caring for patients and making a real difference in her community.  Growing up, she always felt a strong calling to help others, and that desire led her to pursue a career in healthcare.  Today, Jennifer combines her medical expertise with genuine compassion, ensuring that every patient she sees feels understood, supported, and empowered to take charge of their health. 

Fluent in both English and Spanish, Jennifer takes pride in breaking down language and cultural barriers so that all patients- regardless of background- have access to high-quality care.  Her commitment to family practice stems from a deep belief that holistic, patient-centered care can transform lives and strengthen communities.
